Web Check–In

  ALMA DE MEXICO Web Check-In is an added–value service that we provide for your comfort. With it, our passengers will no longer have to wait in line (passengers without luggage) to check in and can comfortably access the last waiting room for their flight’s departure.

To make this possible, we recommend you read the following information:

Luggage

This service is recommended for those passengers that will not be checking luggage. If you do need to check in luggage, please arrive at least 90 minutes before your flight departure.

Registration limits

Boarding passes may be issued this way from 48 to 4 hours before your flight departure.

Restrictions of time

Because of airport security restrictions, it is recommended that you allow enough time to be at the last waiting room 30 minutes before your flight’s departure.

Minors traveling alone

Unaccompanied minors may not check in this way. ALMA DE MEXICO may deny boarding to unaccompanied minors that have used this service.

Multimodal transport

Your boarding pass may be generated using Web Check-In on multimodal trips, but you may not check in unaccompanied minors for multimodal trips. We recommend that you contact an ALMA DE MEXICO representative for more information.

Special services

Clients that requested a special service may not check in this way. They will have to go to the ALMA DE MEXICO counters so that we can better serve them. ALMA DE MEXICO does not guarantee the provision of special services if you use Web Check-In to check in.

Boarding pass

You must show your boarding pass along with an official identification at the security checkpoints and at the boarding gate with no exceptions. For minors, you may show a birth certificate or a school ID. ALMA DE MEXICO reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone who does not meet this official security requirement.

Receipt issuance

The Web Check-In system issues receipts that are valid as fiscal proof of your trip. These receipts do not need to be issued in the name of a particular company or with fiscal information (RFC). The Ley de Hacienda in its regulation of the ISR (article 49) states that as long as the company holds a verifiable working relation with whoever travels, it may deduct the transportation services.
