What is it?
It’s a ground transport service coordinated between ALMA DE MEXICO and the company CASCO Monterrey.
You can take taxi transport from the Airport of Monterrey (Terminal A) to any point available in the city of Monterrey and its metropolitan zone (San Pedro Heron Garcia, Apodaca, Santa Catarina, San Nicholas de los Garza, Guadalupe and Escobedo). How does it work?
Very simple!
- Reserve your flight normally in ALMA DE MEXICO. Then, if you wish to reserve your taxi, click in the window that appears.
- Select "From" Monterrey and choose municipality, colonia, date and the schedule that agrees with your flight’s itinerary.
- Confirm your election, fill out the information requested and confirm your information. Then pay with your credit card and print your receipt and ground transport ticket.

Routes and Schedules
The routes of ground transport by taxi are available in the selection window; choose the one you need.
The schedule of reservations adjusts to the itineraries of ALMA DE MEXICO and it’s very flexible. The taxis will be waiting for each passenger that arrives in the airport of Monterrey. You must reserve your taxi before taking your flight.
Terms & Conditions
You can reserve your taxi only if you travel by ALMA DE MEXICO and only if you bought your ticket before your flight.
Important: You must give your printed ground transport ticket to the taxi driver.
The ground transport does not permit service to unaccompanied minors.
The taxi rates that you will see published are the CASCO Monterrey prices by destination zone from Terminal A of the Monterrey airport to your choosen destination in Monterrey, N.L and the metropolitan zone.
Baggage: One piece per passenger with a maximum weight up to 25 kg. (55.11 pounds). In case of exceeding the number of pieces and/or baggage weight, you have to buy an additional service ticket for the same price of choosen destination.

Telecomm - Telegrafos

Now you can pay your ALMA DE MEXICO ticket at any office of Telecomm - Telegrafos in the Republic.
Policies and restrictions:
- You must buy your ticket at least 1 to 3 days before the flight.
- Your payment must be made at least 24 hours before the day of departure of your flight.
- It is recommended that you bring with you a copy of your itinerary at the moment of paying at an office of Telecomm-Telegrafos.
- Only Telecomm-Telegrafos will be responsible for receiving the payment for ticket.
- Any changes or cancellations must be made through ALMA DE MEXICO’s call center, points of sales or Web site alma.com.mx
- Does not apply for promotions that require immediate payment..
- Any payment in Telecomm-Telegrafos must be in cash. Locations are open from Monday from Saturday.
Process:
- Reserve your trip at any of ALMA DE MEXICO’s points of sale.
- Print your trip itinerary.
- Go to any of the offices of Telecomm-Telegrafos in the Republic before the time of expiration of your reservation.
- Present your itinerary to the executive, who will confirm the amount of payment and your reservation information.
- Once you have paid, you will receive a receipt you must keep for your trip.
- Go to the check–in desk with your reservation number and your receipt. It–s as easy as that!.

Use this card as if it were a debit card.

New point of departure for Guadalajara flights
- ALMA DE MEXICO informs all of its passengers that, starting July 3, 2007, for all of its flights that depart from Guadalajara International Airport, you must present yourself for boarding in the new Terminal 2 (previously known as the Regional Terminal).
- Because of aeronautical security dispositions, you must be present at least 2 hours before the departure of your flight.

- Because of aeronautical security regulations, you must be present at least 2 hours before the departure of your flight.
- You must present an official identification at the following points: ALMA DE MEXICO counters, security checkpoints and boarding gate, with no exceptions.
- In the case of minors, you can present a birth certificate or school ID. ALMA DE MEXICO reserves the right to deny boarding to those who do not meet this official security requirement.
- It is highly recommended NOT to carry liquids, gels or sharp objects of any type with you or in your carry-on bags.
- Similarly, we informed you that passenger check–in will be closed 30 minutes before the flight departure to avoid delays in boarding and departure.
- Once you are checked in and you have your boarding pass, it is highly recommended that you be in the final waiting room or boarding gate with your official identification in hand at least 30 minutes before departure.

- The IOSA Registry is a public access list that contains all of the IOSA Operators (airlines) that meet this high quality standard.
- No operator is added to the registry until all issues detected by the IOSA audit have been satisfactorily dealt with and all of the indicated norms are met.
