- Sale of class "B" and subject to availability.
- Financing is 4 months maximum with 1 down payment and subsequent bi-weekly payments.
- An administrative charge of 79.00 pesos + taxes in addition to the PNR (Passenger Name Record) applies for each segment.
- All financing must be fully paid 15 days before the flight, without exeptions.
- The down payment may be the minimum amount, obtained by dividing the total time of financing by the number of bi-weekly payments.
- The client may make a larger down payment, which will lower the amount of the subsequent bi-weekly payments.
- If any payment is not received on time, the ticket will be revoked and the client will lose the amount paid up to that time.
- There are no cancellations while paying through financing; the client will lose the amount already paid up to the time of cancellation.
- For date changes the current penalty will apply, as well as the fare difference and administrative charge for the new financing.
- It is not possible to divide reservations with multiple clients.
- Does not apply to groups.
- You can buy tickets and make payments at points of sale, Alma counters, or through our Call Center at 01 800 800 ALMA or from the U.S at 1 888 811 ALMA. (Service through the Call Center is toll free).
- Not endorsable or refundable for cash.
- Cannot be used with other discounts, promotions, or frequent flyer benefits.
- Does not apply for travel agencies, tour operators, or hotels for the purposes of service packages or resale.
- Applicable only with cash payments through deposit to accounts of ALMA DE MEXICO, Telecomm–Telégrafos, or other means at the client–s disposal.
- Payments with credit or debit cards are not accepted.
- Once the ticket is fully paid for, rules and restrictions of class "B" apply.
- Any additional payment made before the next due date will be used to pay the pending capital starting with the final payment and going backward. Thus an extra payment does not exempt you from the next bi-weekly payment.
